The Words spoken by HGS Exausts and EHR whilst developing a NEW Exhaust sytem for EHR Tuning for the 2012, KTM SX 65.

After several tests they have found more power in the Middle Range at 9600 rpm up to 13,400 rpm without loosing the Bottom Force.  It was a new creation for the HGS Engineers, to develop the construction for more power, without losing it on the former curve they had on the 2011 Exhaust System.  It was a hard job, but they succeeded.  HGS said it helped, being able to work on such a strong bike as the EHR Race Tuned, KTM 65.  The HGS EHR Exhaust System is available through Judd Racing, also the HGS EHR Front Pipe and the HGS EHR Silencer, Tailpipe.  In case you need a replacement part!

Newly designed in 2012 the EHR Reed valve system, it has been especially made for the KTM SX65.  The double reed wich will increase your power in very good combination with our 26 mm carburettor , this reed valve housing is bigger, for better flow and increases the volume in your crank case for better bottom powe , also soon ready for the SX85 KTM.
