NB. All orders placed Before 1pm (GMT) will be dispatched the same day (Monday to Friday) unless products are out of stock. In this instance you will be contacted via email to confirm expected dispatch times.
All orders will take approximately 1 - 4 working days to arrive in the UK, Europe 2-5 working Days 4 - 9 days Internationally.
We offer next working day courier service for Mainland UK (for the avoidance of doubt working days are Mon-Fri. Eg. If you order on a Friday before 1pm for 'next working day' it will be delivered on the next working day which is Monday).
NB: All shipping times mentioned are approximates only and are not a guaranteed service of supply within time/days mentioned.

Postage times do vary depending on availability ,but we do our upmost to try and get orders to you within 3/4 days,but please allow up to 28 days delivery for International orders.
If we do not have items in stock, then our policy is to let you know immediately and give you an approximate time when the parts will be available for dispatch. You then have the option to cancel this product for a full refund or wait for the product arrival. Judd Racing carries a large amount of stock, we currently have over 30,000 items in stock for immediate dispatch
All prices and descriptions are correct at the time of placing, some pictures are examples, but manufacturers specifications, colours and prices are subject to change without notice, therefore all items supplied should be checked immediately to make sure they are acceptable and any problems notified to us as per our returns policy. Once fitted or used it is too late to exchange anything that is incorrect
Should you encounter any problems with your order you can get in touch with us through any of the means on our contact page, your enquiries and problems will be sorted out by our experienced staff immediately. Judd Racing care about our customers and are always striving to improve our service. If you have any advice as to how we can improve our services or have a problem with any service you have received, please tell us about it. We cannot fix it unless we know there is a problem.
Returns and Refund Policy
Cancelling or returning an order:
- You have the right to cancel any order within 14 days or return any items up to 30 days of receipt.
- If goods are damaged or faulty upon receipt you have 30 days to return them to Judd Racing HQ.
How to return an order:
- All returned goods must be sent back by recorded delivery, unused and in the original packaging within 30 days of invoice for a replacement or refund.
- All returned goods must be addressed to: Judd Racing, Unit 3, White City Trading Estate, Little Tennis St, Nottingham, NG2 4EL, England
- Please include the original order number, your name, and reason for return inside the parcel.
Do you have to pay for returns:
- Yes, you are responsible for the cost of returning any items for refund.
- If your item is defective, broken, or faulty and is returned within 30 days we will refund the P&P costs up to a maximum of £10.
International Orders:
- Judd Racing will not be responsible for any customs charges on returned orders. Any fees incurred will be deducted from any refund.
Exceptions:
- Should you cancel a Special Order, then we will charge 50% restocking charge.
- Any personalised, engraved orders or items manufactured specifically for the customer, can not be cancelled once they have been manufactured or have begun to be manufactured.
Refund time:
- You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
International Orders
All International Orders are sent via DHL, DPD or Royal Mail, any import duty or taxes incurred on the goods sent are the sole responsibility of the customer, and are to be paid by them. Please be aware, we also cannot be responsible if your order is held by customs, or for how long it is held. This is an issue between yourself and the Customs Authority in your Country. Any parcels returned to us due to the customer refusing to pay local duty will be refunded LESS any fees, duties or charges payable to get the items back to us. The refund will be processed within 14 days of the date of return by the courier.
Damaged Goods
Please note that we cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery by our carriers, only for the value of the lost goods.
Also please inspect contents of parcels before you sign for them, as any damaged items will not be covered once you have signed for them.
Parcel Forwarding Companies
Due to fraud prevention we do not deliver to Parcel Forwarding Companies. Any order containing a Parcel Forwarding Companies address will be cancelled.
Price Match
Our price match offer is for items being sold in the UK by UK mainland based businesses only, offering the exact same product with the exact same service, and is on a case by case basis. Price matching is only for before an item is purchased, not after purchase. Price matching is only for items we physically have in stock in our warehouse. NB: The Judd Racing Loyalty Rewards Scheme is not applicable with Price Match offers.

We will usually respond to your complaint within three working days but if we can’t then we’ll write to acknowledge your complaint and tell you what happens next.
We’ll keep you informed of our investigation into your complaint and provide a final response within eight weeks.
If you are not happy with our final response, or if we have been unable to resolve your complaint within eight weeks, you may have the right to refer the matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service:
