NB. All orders placed Before 1pm (GMT) will be dispatched the same day (Monday to Friday) unless products are out of stock.  In this instance you will be contacted via email to confirm expected dispatch times.

All orders will take approximately 1 - 4 working days to arrive in the UK, Europe 2-5 working Days   4 - 9 days Internationally.

We offer next working day courier service for Mainland UK

NB: All shipping times mentioned are approximates only and are not a guaranteed service of supply within time/days mentioned.  The only service currently guaranteed by the courier providing it is 'Royal Mails Next Day Guaranteed Service' only.

Postage times do vary depending on availability ,but we do our upmost to try and get orders to you within 3/4 days,but please allow up to 28 days delivery for International orders.

If we do not have items in stock, then our policy is to let you know immediately and give you an approximate time when the parts will be available for dispatch. You then have the option to cancel this product for a full refund or wait for the product arrival.  Judd Racing carries a large amount of stock, we currently have over 30,000 items in stock for immediate dispatch

All prices and descriptions are correct at the time of placing, some pictures are examples, but manufacturers specifications, colours and prices are subject to change without notice, therefore all items supplied should be checked immediately to make sure they are acceptable and any problems notified to us as per our returns policy. Once fitted or used it is too late to exchange anything that is incorrect

Should you encounter any problems with your order you can get in touch with us through an of the means on our contact page, your enquiries and problems will be sorted out by our experienced staff immediately. Judd Racing care about our customers and are always striving to improve our service. If you have any advice as to how we can improve our services or have a problem with any service you have received, please tell us about it. We cannot fix it unless we know there is a problem.

Returns and Exchanges
You have the right to cancel any order within 14 days or return any items up to 14 days of receipt.  If goods are damaged or faulty upon receipt you have 30 days to return them to Judd Racing HQ. All returned goods must be sent back, recorded delivery unused and in the original packaging within seven days of invoice for a replacement or refund, should you order wrongly then there will be a restocking charge of up to 25% and postage or courier charges will not be refunded.  Judd Racing will not be responsible for any customs charges on returned orders. Any fees incurred will be deducted from any refund. Should you cancel a Special Order, then we will charge 50% restocking charge,  Any personalised, engraved orders or items manufactured specifically for the customer, can not be cancelled once they have been manufactured, as these items are made especially for the client and are not of any use to any other customer. 

International Orders

All International Orders are sent via DHL, DPD or Royal Mail, any import duty or taxes incurred on the goods sent are the sole responsibility of the customer, and are to be paid by them.  Please be aware, we also cannot be responsible if your order is held by customs, or for how long it is held.  This is an issue between yourself and the Customs Authority in your Country.

Damaged Goods

Please note that we cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery
by our carriers, only for the value of the lost goods.

Also please inspect contents of parcels before you sign for them, as any damaged items will not be covered once you have signed for them.
