Apico Launch Control Holeshot Device (63.4mm) for Yamaha YZ, YZ-F, YZ-X, YZ-FX and WR-F

The Apico launch control ALCYZ/YZF (Apico ref LC0006 63.4MM) holds your forks compressed for the start, keeping the front end down out of the gate and into the first corner. It releases automatically as the forks extend over the first bump or under braking.

It is CNC machined from billet aluminium with a laser-etched Apico logo and a dual-hinged design as used by top race teams. A 4-point fork mounting button gives a precise location for locking into place every time, and a fork cutting template is included to help mount the device.

Fitting tip

Use the supplied template to mark the fork guard or outer tube before cutting, and check the device engages and releases smoothly before your first start. Push the front down, press the button in, and let the forks rise to lock it.
