Genuine Revvi Nutt Hydraulic Rear Brake Upgrade – 308001181006

This is the genuine OEM Nutt hydraulic rear brake upgrade for the Revvi 16" Plus. It replaces the cable rear brake with a hydraulic system, giving a lighter brake lever, better feel and stronger braking. The kit is supplied with the hose disconnected at the brake lever end so you can feed it through the bike's frame. Part number 308001181006.

Fitment

Does not fit the Revvi 12", 16" XL, 18", 20", 20" Plus, 24", or a Revvi 16" without the disc upgrade.

Fitting tip

Feed the open end of the hose through the frame before connecting it to the brake lever. After fitting, if the brake lever feels soft, top up with mineral oil and bleed the system with a brake bleed kit. Check the brake works correctly before riding.

Frequently asked questions

Will it fit my standard Revvi 16"?
Only if the bike already has a brake disc upgrade kit fitted. The standard 16" uses a drum brake, which this kit does not work with.

Does it come with brake fluid?
If the lever is soft after fitting you will need to add mineral oil, which is sold separately.
