Not listed for the KTM 450 SX-F 2013-2022, 450/500 EXC-F 2017-2023 or Husqvarna FC450 2016-2022. Choose black, blue, orange or red from the colour boxes. The Apico engine plug EP-010, in black, blue, orange or red (EP-010 BLACK / BLUE / ORANGE / RED), replaces the standard plastic timing/inspection plug on KTM-group four-strokes.

Made from aero-grade aluminium, Apico engine plugs are stronger than standard plastic plugs and less likely to change shape under the demands of an off-road engine. They are anodised with a laser-etched Factory Racing logo, have 8mm and 6mm fitment, and accept the OEM O-rings.

Fitting tip

Reuse a good OEM O-ring or fit a new one, put a smear of grease on it, and tighten the plug by hand plus a gentle nip. It is aluminium, so do not over-tighten.

Do I need a new O-ring?
The plug accepts the OEM O-ring. Fit a new one if the old one is flattened or damaged.

Is this a genuine KTM part?
No. This is an aftermarket Apico part, supplied by Judd Racing, an authorised KTM, Husqvarna and GASGAS dealer in the UK.
