Apico Kick Start – KTM SX 85 2003-2017, SX 105 2004-2011, Husqvarna TC 85 2014-2017

Fits the KTM SX 85 2003-2017, SX 105 2004-2011 and Husqvarna TC 85 2014-2017. Choose Orange, Blue or Black from the options. This is an Apico aftermarket kick start, not a KTM or Husqvarna OEM part.

This is the Apico kick start for the KTM SX 85 (2003-2017), SX 105 (2004-2011) and Husqvarna TC 85 (2014-2017), Apico part number KICKSTART KTM 1 (orange), KICKSTART KTM 1 BU (blue) or KICKSTART KTM 1 BK (black). It replaces a bent, worn or broken original kick start.

Apico kick starts are made from forged 7075 aero-grade aluminium, then anodised in the manufacturer's colour, with a laser-etched Apico logo on the back of the kick arm. An Allen key bolt secures the kick start to an S45C steel base that fits onto the spline.

Does not fit the KTM SX 85 or Husqvarna TC 85 2018 onwards, GASGAS MC 85, or the 50 and 65 models, which use different kick starts.

Fitting tip

Clean the splines on the kick start shaft, slide the lever fully home at the same angle as the old one, and tighten the Allen bolt securely. Fold the lever in and check it clears the footrest and frame before riding.

Is this a genuine KTM part?
No. It is a genuine Apico aftermarket kick start, made to replace the original and supplied by Judd Racing, an authorised KTM, Husqvarna and GASGAS dealer in the UK.

Will it fit my 2018 or later SX 85?
No. The 2018 onwards SX 85 and TC 85 use a different kick start.

What is the difference between the colours?
Only the anodised colour. All three are the same kick start and fit the same bikes.
