Apico Water Pump Cover for KTM, Husqvarna and GASGAS 250/350 Four-Strokes 2016-2023 – Black, Blue or Red

Fits KTM 250/350 SX-F and Husqvarna FC250/350 2016-2022, KTM 250/350 EXC-F and Husqvarna FE250/350 2017-2023, and GASGAS MC250F/350F and EC250F/350F 2021-2023 (replaces OEM 7923-595-2044 / 7923-505-2000). Does not fit 450 models, two-strokes, or 2023-on SX-F/FC and 2024-on EXC-F/FE. Choose black, blue or red from the colour boxes. This is an Apico aftermarket part, not a KTM OEM part.

The Apico water pump cover, part numbers WPC KTM 2 BK (black), WPC KTM 2 BU (blue) and WPC KTM 2 RD (red), is a direct bolt-on upgrade from the OEM cover designed to maximise water flow.

It is CNC machined from 6061-T6 aluminium with an anodised factory-look finish and laser-etched Apico logo, and comes with a new OEM-style gasket and sealing washer.

Fitting tip

Drain the coolant first, clean the mating face, fit the new gasket supplied and tighten the bolts evenly to the OEM torque setting. Refill and bleed the cooling system.
